灵猫方对急性肝损伤模型保肝降酶作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:应用急性肝损伤动物模型观察灵猫方的保肝降酶作用。方法:建立ANIT小鼠急性肝损伤、CCl4大鼠急性肝损伤动物模型,实验分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、灵猫方低剂量组、灵猫方中剂量组和灵猫方高剂量组,分别给予相应处理,处死动物。分离血清测定AST、ALT。结果:与模型组相比,灵猫方低剂量、中剂量和高剂量可明显降低ANIT急性肝损伤小鼠ALT水平(P<0.05),灵猫方中剂量、高剂量组的AST均明显降低(P<0.05);与模型组相比,灵猫方低剂量、中剂量和高剂量可明显降低CCl4急性肝损伤大鼠的ALT水平(P<0.05),低剂量组的AST水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:灵猫方对急性肝损伤具有保肝降酶作用。Objective:To observe the protecting liver and reducing enzyme effects of lingmao prescription on acute liver injury of several kinds of models animal Methods:Mice’ acute liver injury induced by ANIT and rats’ acute liver injury induced by CCl4.Experiment were divided into normal, model, positive, lingmao prescxiption low, middle and high dose groups, each group was given the corresponding medicine, positive group was respectively given xiongdan capsule and ganlixin capsule, animals’serum AST and ALT levels were determined. Results:To compare with model group, lingmao prescription three doses could obviously lower serum ALT levels of acute liver injury mice caused by ANIT,lingmao prescription middle and high doses could reduce serum AST levels of acute liver injury mice caused by ANIT; lingmao prescription three doses could significantly lower serum ALT levels of acute liver injury rats caused by CCl4, low dose lingmao prescription could obviously reduce serum AST level of acute liver injury rats caused by CCl4. Conclusion:Lingmao prescription has protecting liver and reducing enzyme effects on acute liver injury animals caused by ANIT and CCl4.
