摘　　要：对尿素造粒塔大颗粒造粒喷头的使用情况进行分析 ,指出现有喷头的设计缺陷 ,并提出改进措施。同时 ,通过数据分析说明用喷淋造粒方法生产大颗粒尿素的粒径以 1.6～ 2 .An analysis is made of the use of a prilling basket forlarge prills in the urea prilling tower, the defects are pointed out in thedesign of the baskets new available, and improvement measures are pro-posed. Also, data analysis shows that in the production of large urea prillsby prilling a particle size of 1 .6 -2.0mm is desirable.
