摘　　要：目前心理危机以及心理疾患已经成为严重困扰大学生身心健康的重要因素。心理疏导法以辨证施治为原则,主张从个体案例实际出发,具体问题具体分析,通过积极有效的心理疏导,可使病患缓解紧张情绪,正确认识自我,克服自卑心理,改善与他人的关系,保持心理平衡。Psychological crisis and disorders have been to vital important factors in college students＇ mental health. Psychological dredging therapy laws the principle of treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Through the active and effective psychological counseling, the patients could relive anxiety, ease tension, correct the understanding of themselves, overcome the inferiority feelings, and enhance relations among people so as to keep a psychological balance.
