摘　　要：黄芪,始载于《神农本草经》,列为上品。李时珍谓：＂耆长也。黄耆色黄,为补药之长,故名＂。苏颂谓：＂今河东、陕西州多有之。根二、三尺以来,独茎或作丛生,枝干去地二、三寸,其叶扶作羊齿状,又如蒺藜苗。This paper mainly describes the authenticity identifications and clinical applications of astragalus. In detail, introduces the methods of Shape identification, microscopical identification and physical and chemical identification; and also introduces the common clinical prescriptions and classic prescriptions.
