摘　　要：目的探讨开展优质护理服务活动对促进肾内科中医专科专病护理发展的效果。方法以优质护理服务示范工程活动为契机,以《中医护理工作指南》为指导,以患者为中心,进一步拓展深化中医专科专病护理工作,规范专科中医护理行为,为患者提供优质中医护理服务,比较活动前后患者对护理工作的满意度及中医专科专病护理质量情况。结果开展优质护理服务示范工程活动后,住院患者满意度及中医专科专病护理质量提高,与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展优质护理服务活动促进了肾内科中医专科专病护理发展。Objective Investigate the effect of high-quality nursing service activities in the promotion the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing of Nephrology. Methods With the high quality nursing service demonstration project activities as an opportunity, ＂TCM nursing work guide＂ as a guide, taking patients as the center,further deepening TCM nursing of Nephrology, Standard specialized subject of TCM nursing behavior, for patients to provide high quality of TCM nursing service, Compare activity before and after the patients satisfaction and quality of care in nursing. Result Provide high quality nursing service demonstration project activities, Patient satisfaction and nursing quality improvement, the difference was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Provide high quality nursing service activities, Promote the traditional Chinese medicine nursing development.
