摘 要:应用 XRD、SEM/EDX等技术研究了 31 0不锈钢 (SS)在气氛总压为 1 0 5Pa,0 .5% SO2 /S2 /2 .0 % N2 混合气氛中 550~ 650°C的高温腐蚀行为。在此气氛中材料同时发生高温氧化和高温硫化 ,但主要是高温硫化腐蚀。31 0不锈钢在此温度范围的腐蚀遵循抛物线规律 ,腐蚀速率随温度升高而升高。腐蚀以沿晶界的局部腐蚀为主。The high temperature corrosion behavior of 310SS under 10 5Pa in gaseous mixture of 0 5%SO 2/S 2/2 0%N 2 at 550~650°C was investigated with XRD, SEM/EDX The high temperature oxidation and high temperature sulfidation simultaneously occurred in such alloy under the experimental conditions However, the sulfidation was dominant corrosion At temperatures ranging from 550 to 650°C, the corrosion kinetic curves of 310SS obeyed parabolic law and the corrosion rate was enhanced with increasing temperature Grain boundary corrosion was the reason for corrosion of 310SS in the present study
