全面干预对产后抑郁症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨全面干预对于治疗产后抑郁症的治疗效果。方法将60例产后抑郁症患者分为两组，每组30例，治疗组采用全面干预治疗；对照组采用单纯的药物治疗，治疗1个月后观察两组的治疗效果。结果采用全面干预组的治疗效果明显好于单纯药物治疗组，两组差异具有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论全面干预治疗产后抑郁症具有明显的疗效。Objective To explore Clinical observation of comprehensive intervention postnatal depression. Methods Sixty patients with postnatal depression were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Treatment group adopted comprehensive intervention, control groups adopted medicine only. After treatment about one month, clinical effects were observed and com- pared. Results the clinical effects of treatment group was better than that of control group. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Comprehensive intervention has clinical effects on postnatal depression.
