坐卧式可移动输液架的研制及其在临床中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研制增加输液患者体位舒适，及方便或检查等活动时能保持输液通畅的坐卧式可移动输液架，并观察其临床应用效果。方法选择2009年1月至2010年12月我院输液室输液患者180例，随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组在检查，如厕等活动时给予坐卧式可移动输液架；对照组采用传统护理方法去检查、如厕，观察对比两种方法的效果。结果两种方法患者回血后凝血，导致重新穿刺比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；患者的舒适度及满意度比较也有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论坐卧式可移动输液架，预防了患者检查或如厕时输液回血及凝血的发生率，减少了患者的痛苦，保持了输液室的清洁卫生，避免了环境污染，提高了患者及陪护人员的舒适度。Objective To research the sit-type portable infusion rack that could make the patients feel comfortable and convenient,and to observe it's the clinical effects.Methods From January 2009 to December 2010,180 patients who were admitted to our hospital for transfusion were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in observation group were treated with sit-type portable infusion rack when they had medical examination and used the toilet.The control group adopted the routine nursing method.The effects were compared between two groups.Results There were significant differences in the re-puncture and patitens's comfort and satisfaction between two methods ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions Sit-type portable infusion rack can reduce the occurrence rate of blood back and coagulation when the patients have medical examination and use the toilet,alleviate the suffering of patients,keep clean and avoid environmental pollution in the infusion room,improve the comforts of the patients and their escorts.Sit-type portable infusion stands,preventive inspection,or going to the toilet when the patient back to the blood transfusion and the incidence of coagulation,reducing the suffering of patients,the infusion room to keep clean and avoid environmental pollution and improve the patients and accompanying persons comfort.
