摘 要:根据某型电阻炉炉膛组件结构和实际测试数据,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立一种炉膛简化二维模型。并对实测炉膛内温度数据分析计算,由此获得炉膛内壁综合换热系数,将其作为边界条件施加在模型中,进行稳定态分析。通过分析仿真实验获得的炉膛组件截面温度梯度分布,温度分布曲线和网格节点温度矩阵,对比实际工况,可知仿真实验结果正确可靠。该简化模型及分析方法可以用作验证和模拟实验,来指导产品设计,优化炉膛结构。According to a certain type of furnace hearth structure and real data of test,using ANSYS analysis software to establish a simplified two-dimensional model of hearth.And the hearth temperature and the measured data analysis,thus obtained the inner wall of the furnace chamber integrated heat transfer coefficient,then the coefficient is used as the boundary conditions,is applied in the model for stability analysis.By using analysis of simulation experiments,the section temperature gradient distribution,temperature distribution curve and the grid node temperature matrix can be obtained in quickly.Showed that the experimental results are consistent with the actual usage of the furnace,therefore the simplified model and the analysis method can be used as the validation and simulation experiment,to guide the design and the optimization of furnace structure.
