一种复方季铵盐消毒剂对常用消毒试验指标菌杀灭效果的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较研究复方季铵盐类消毒剂对几种常用消毒试验指标菌杀灭效果,为评价同类消毒剂消毒效果提供参考。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法对该复方季铵盐消毒剂杀菌效果变化情况进行实验观察。结果该复方季铵盐消毒剂为有效活性物含量为100 g/L的液体制剂。以有效活性物浓度为400 mg/L该消毒液对悬液内大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌杀灭对数值>5.0,作用时间分别为2.5 min和5 min;对铜绿假单胞菌需要作用10 min。用活性物浓度为100 mg/L作用2.5 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值>5.0。4种指标菌对该复方季铵盐消毒液抗力由强到弱依次为铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。结论该复方季铵盐消毒剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌杀灭效果较好,但4种指标菌对其抗力相差明显。Objective To study the effecacy of a kind of disinfectant with quaternary ammonium salt to some indicator microorganism in order to provide references for evaluating the efficacy of similar disinfectants.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried out to observe the efficacy of this disinfectant with compound quaternary ammonium salt.Results The available concentration of the compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant was 100 g/L.The average killing logarithms of Escherichia coli,Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the solution containing available concentration 400 mg/L for 2.5 min,5 min and 10 min respectively were 5.0,that of Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the solution containing available concentration 100 mg/L for 2.5 min were〉 5.0.The resistance of P.aeruginosa to the disinfectant was the strongest,then were C.albicans and E.coli,and the weakest was S.aureus.Conclusion The disinfection has good germicidal efficacy on bacteria,fungi,and their propagation body.But the difference of resistance to these four bacteria is obvious.
