摘　　要：目的了解口腔专科医院消毒与灭菌质量状况,以便提出改进措施。方法采用现场调查和抽样检测方法,对泰安市口腔医院所有临床科室和相关辅助科室消毒与灭菌效果以及诊疗用水卫生状况进行了监测。结果从该医院共采集各类标本422份,平均总合格率为77.01%。临床科室物体表面消毒质量平均合格率为65.00%,室内空气合格率为57.69%,医护人员手合格率为81.67%,使用中消毒液合格率为82.05%,无菌物品合格率为86.23%,紫外线灯辐射强度合格率为82.05%。口腔病房和门诊的诊疗用水细菌污染超标率为53.81%。结论该口腔专科医院消毒与灭菌质量合格率较低,诊疗用水污染严重,尤其是无菌物品质量堪忧。Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization of stomatological hospital so as to propose improvment measures.Methods On-site investigations and sampling detection methods were used to survey and monitor the disinfection and sterilization effect in all the clinical and assistant departments and the quality of diagnosis and treatment water in a stomatological hospital of Taian City.Results 422 samples were collected from the hospital and 325 samples were eligible with the eligible rate was 77.01%.The qualified rates of object surfaces,indoor air,medical hands,disinfectant in use,sterile substances,UV lights and water treatment were 65%,57.69%,81.67%,82.05%,86.23%,82.05% and 46.19% respectively.Conclusion The disinfection and sterilization qualified rates of stomatological hospital are low.The pollution of diagnosis and treatment water is serious and the quality of stomatological hospital is poor.So we should strengthen the hospital management to improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization.
