摘 要:采用Waring-Blender法对13种表面活性剂进行了泡沫性能评价,并测定了油水界面张力。结果表明,起泡性能好的DK,AS-14,ES表面活性剂油水界面张力未达10^(-2)mN/m。分别用阴离子表面活性剂WPS和非离子表面活性剂PM对ES,AS-14,DK表面活性剂进行复配,AS-14,DK与PM复配增效作用强,界面活性高。仅DK/PM复配表面活性剂的起泡和稳泡性能好。对DK/PM复配表面活性剂进行配方优化,当DK/PM复配表面活性剂总浓度为3 000 mg/L,DK与PM质量比为5:1时,泡沫综合指数达最大值,为4 050.0,平衡时油水界面张力达5.96×10^(-2)mN/m。Performance evaluations were conducted and oil -water interfacial tensions were measured for 13 different foaming surfactants with Waring - Blender method. According to the results, the oil - water interfacial tension of each of the surfactants DK, AS - 14 and ES, which have good foaming performance, does not reach 10-2 mN/m. Surfactants ES, AS - 14 and DK were compounded with anionic surfactant WPS and non - ionic surfactant PM respectively, and the efficiencies of surfactants ES, AS - 14 and DK were improved and their interfacial activities were increased after the compounding. It was found by studying the performance of two low interfacia]~ tension compound systems that the foaming performance and foam stability of DK/PM compound surfactant are best. The formulation of compound surfactant DK/PM was optimized, and it was found that the overall foaming index reaches the maximum value, i.e. 4 050.0, and the oil - water interface tension at equilibrium condition reaches 5.96 ×10-2 mN/m when the overall concentration of compound surfactant DK/PM is 3 000 mg/L and the mass ratio of DK to PM is 5 : 1.
