植物精油与甲酸乙酯混配对玉米象成虫的熏蒸作用

摘　　要：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取黄花蒿精油和野艾蒿精油;按照9种体积比将甲酸乙酯分别与以上两种精油混配,测定其对玉米象成虫的熏蒸作用.结果表明:在处理温度为25℃,熏蒸时间为36h条件下,野艾蒿精油和黄花蒿精油对玉米象成虫的致死中浓度LC50分别为44.42μL/L和50.63μL/L,前者熏蒸活性明显高于后者;而甲酸乙酯与黄花蒿精油混配的熏蒸效果却优于野艾蒿精油,在体积比为1∶18时,产生了增效作用.Extracts of Artemisia annua L.oil and A.lavandulaefolia oil were prepared by the steam distillation.Ethyl formate was mixed with Artemisia annua L.oil at nine of the proportion by volume as well as ethyl formate and A.lavandulaefolia oil.The two kinds of mixtures were used to test their affect on Sitophilus zeamais adults.The results are as follows：after being treated for 36 h at 25℃,median lethal concentration of Sitophilus zeamais adults treated with A.lavandulaefolia oil were higher than that of Artemisia annua L.oil,which were 44.42 μL/L and 50.63 μL/L respectively;Fumigation action of mixture consisted of ethyl formate and Artemisia annua L.oil were superior to that of A.lavandulaefolia oil.When the proportion of volume of ethyl formate and Artemisia annua L.oil was 1∶18,the mixed fumigant showed synergetic effect.
