摘　　要：目的观察走罐疗法对腰痛患者血β-EP的影响。方法对25例非特异性腰痛患者(男13例,女12例)进行走罐治疗2周,隔日1次,治疗前后分别采集晨起空腹新鲜血标本2 ml行β-EP检测,同时使用VAS、OSW量表对患者进行功能评估。结果走罐治疗前β-EP浓度为(123.0±71.4)ng/ml,经2周治疗后β-EP浓度(248.7±92.8)ng/ml,P<0.01。治疗前后VAS、OSW评分P值均<0.001。结论走罐疗法可提高非特异性腰痛患者外周血中β-EP含量而达到镇痛作用。Objective To observe the effect of moving cupping therapy on 15-Endorphin in the nonspecific low back pain. Methods 25（13males, 12 females）NLBP patients were treated with mov- ing cupping therapy;one time every two days,A period of moving cupping therapy included two weeks;Blood were collected from NLBP before and after moving-cupping to detect the concentration of β-Endorphin in plasma;Before and after a period of treatment respectively,used visual analog scale （VAS）and Oswestry low back pain disability index （OSW）assessing the degree of low back pain. Results Before moving cupping treatment,the concentration of β-Endorphin in plasma was 123.0±71.4 ng/ml, and after treatment, the concentration was 248.7±92.8 ng/ml,P〈0.01. Before and after a period of treatment before（after）moving cupping therapy VAS index and OSW scores respectively：6.64±1.76（1.40±1.23） and 30.06±7.22（7.06±4.66）,the changes of VAS index and OSW scores were both significant（P〈0.001）. Conclusion Moving cupping therapy can increase the concentration of β- Endorphin in plasma of the nonspecific low back pain,and reach to the effect of ease pain.
