摘　　要：本课题组认为，类风湿关节炎（RA）中医病机以气血亏虚、脾虚湿盛、痰瘀互结为主，进而提出RA从脾论治的原则，采用健脾化湿通络中药新风胶囊（XFC）治疗，取得了良好的疗效。本研究在XFC能有效改善RA关节症状的基础上，观察XFC对RA贫血、血小板、脂代谢、肺功能、抑郁状态、生活质量等关节外病变的影响，探讨健脾化湿通络法治疗RA关节外病变的作用机制。The pathogenesis of Rheumatoid Arthritis （RA） is believed to be the deficiency of Qi and blood, damp abundance due to splenic asthenia, phlegm and blood stasis, thus the principle of ＂treating RA from spleen＂ was proposed, Chinese herbal drugs Xinfeng Capsule （XFC） was used to invigorate spleen, eliminate dampness and dredge collaterals, achieving good effect. On the effect of XFC improving the symptoms of RA joints, this study focus on the XFC＇ s effects on the RA anemia, platelet, lipid metabolism, pulmonary function, depression, quality of life and other extra articular pathological changes, exploring the mechanism of the treating method of invigorating spleen to eliminate dampness and dredge collaterals in the treatment of extra-articular pathological changes.
