隔物温和灸对膝骨性关节炎家兔关节液及血清中NOS水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究隔物温和灸对膝骨性关节炎家免关节液中一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)和血清中NOS的影响,探讨其治疗OA的机制。方法:以家兔作为实验动物,随机分为正常组、模型组、药物组和隔物温和灸组。正常组不予处理,模型组、药物组和隔物温和灸组均采用关节制动的方法建立OA模型,模型组造模后不予处理,药物组给予仙灵骨葆胶囊药粉,隔物温和灸组采用隔物温和灸治疗,疗程为4周。检测治疗前后关节液中NOS和血清中NOS的含量。结果:各治疗组关节液及血清中NOS的含量较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.01);治疗后隔物温和灸组关节液及血清中NOS水平均低于药物组(P<0.05)。结论:隔物温和灸及仙灵骨宝胶囊均能抑制关节液及血清中NOS的活性,减少关节液及血清中NOS的含量,治疗膝骨性关节炎以隔物温和灸组疗效较好。Objective：To study effects of nonskincontact mild moxibustion on NOS level in synovial fluid and blood serum of rabbits with knee osteoarthritis and explore the therapeutic mechanism of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： Rabbits, as experimental objects, were randomly divided into normal group, model group, drug group and group with nonskincontact mild moxibustion. Not deal with the normal group. Joint braking was used to establish knee osteoarthritis model in model group, drug group and group with nonskincontact mild moxibustion. The rabbits in model group were not gave treatment after modeling. Gave the rabbits in drug group fixed quantity of Xianlinggnbao capsule mixed into the food. Group with nonskincontact mild moxibustion were treated with nonskincontact mild moxibustion for 4 weeks. We detected the contents of NOS in synovial fluid and blood serum around treatment. Results： The amount of N0S in synovial fluid and blood serum of each group was obvious drop after the treatment（P 〈 0.01）. After the treatment, the level of NOS in synovial fluid and blood serum with nonskincontact mild moxibustion was lower than that of the medicine group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Nonskincontact mild moxibustion and Xianlinggubao capsule could suppresses the NOS activeness in the synovial fluid and the blood serum, reducing the amount of N0S in synovial fluid and blood serum. As for treating knee osteoartbritis, nonskincontact mild moxibustion was better than the others.
