配伍甘草对制马钱子毒性影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察制马钱子配伍甘草后对其急性毒性的影响。方法:通过急性毒性实验设计,采用小白鼠灌胃给药分别测出制马钱子粉和其配伍甘草后的LD50。结果:配伍甘草后制马钱子的毒性有下降的趋势。结论:配伍甘草能降低制马钱子的毒性,又能保证其药效的稳定性。Objective： To observe acute toxicity of processed nuxvomica affected by the compatible application of it and glycyrrhiza. Methods： Through the acute toxicity experiment, the median lethal dose （LD50） caused by pure nuxvomica powder and the compatible application of it and glycyrrhiza were measured respectively after the mice were administered by gastric infusion. Results： After the compatible application of glycyrrhiza, the toxicity of processed nuxvomiea has downward trend. Conclusion： The compatible application of processed nuxvomica and glycyrrhiza can reduce the toxicity of it, and guarantee pharmacodynamic stability of processed nuxvomica.
