摘　　要：目的优选乌骨藤的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验,对加水量、提取时间、提取次数进行考察,以乌骨藤中绿原酸含量作为评价指标,优化乌骨藤的最佳提取工艺。结果通过正交试验考察,乌骨藤提取的最佳工艺为:加8倍量水提取3次,每次提取1h。结论优选的乌骨藤提取工艺重现性良好,稳定可行。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Caulis marsdeniae tenacissimae. Methods The quantity of water,the times and the extraction time, the optimum extraction were investigated on basis of chlorogenic acid content as evaluation index by orthogonal design. Results With orthogonal design, the best decoeting condition was presented as follows ： adding 8 fold of water, extracting for 1 hour and for 3 times in all. Conclusion This method is stable and reliable.
