摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定葛根芩连片中黄芩苷和葛根素的含量。方法用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相A为甲醇,流动相B为0.2%磷酸溶液,二元梯度洗脱,检测波长:277 nm;流速:1 ml.min-1;柱温:30℃。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.179 4～3.587 0μg范围内,葛根素进样量在0.1783～3.5650μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为98.7%和98.8%。结论该法灵敏、简便、准确,可用于葛根芩连片质量控制。Objective To establish a method for determination of baicalin and puerarin in gegenqinlian tablets by HPLC. Methods The Agilent Eclipse XDB- C^s column （5 I.μm,4.6 mm x 250 mm） was used. The mobile phase A consisted of methanol and the mobile phase B 0.2% phosphoric acid solution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1. The detection wavelength was 277 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range of baicalin was 0. 179 4～ 3. 587 0 pμg and range of puerain was 0. 178 3 - 3. 565 0 pμg. The aver age recovery rate was 98.7% and 98.8%. Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate,which can be used for determination of ba icalin and puerain in gegenqinlian tablets.
