参松养心胶囊在冠心病患者室性心律失常中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察参松养心胶囊在冠心病患者室性心律失常中的疗效。方法选择经过冠状动脉造影检查确诊冠心病合并室性心律失常的86例患者,随机分为两组,一组为参松养心胶囊单药治疗组46例(单药组),一组为参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗组(联合组)40例,治疗前后均行动态心电图检查,比较两组患者室性心律失常的改善情况。结果两组间治疗后1周、1个月、3个月疗效比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。而各组间在治疗1个月和3个月后疗效比较,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊具有稳定心肌细胞膜电位作用,能降低冠脉阻力及改善心肌细胞供氧。提示在一定时间内,随着疗程的延长,呈现出更好的疗效。在治疗冠心病患者室性心律失常有重要作用。Objective To observe the effect by using shensong yangxin capsule to treat ventricular arrhythmia in patients with coronary artery disease. Methods 86 cases who were sure ill in ventricular arrhythmia and diagnosed by coronary angiography,were randomly di vided into two groups：one group of 46 cases treated by only shen song yangxin capsule （singledrug group）, another group of 40 cases treated by shensong yangxin capsule and metoprolol tartrate sustaindrelease tablets （joint group）. All were performed the DCG after and before the treatment to observe if the ventricular arrhythmia improved in the two groups of patients. Results No statistically significant in the two groups of patients in 1 week, 1 month ,3 months later（ P 〉 0.05 ）. But there were statistically significant in each group of patients in 1 month,3 months later （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Shensong yangxin capsule which was of strong and stable function in cardiac mus cle cells could reduce resistance coronary artery and improve the providence of oxygen in myocardial cells. It showed that it should pres ent a better effect with the course extended in a certain period. It played an important role In the treatment of coronary artery disease with ventricular arrhythmias.
