摘 要:用氢气还原氧化银的方法合成了粒径约为100 nm的银纳米粒子,在表面经聚乙烯吡啶修饰的玻璃片上以自组装的方式构筑了银纳米粒子的单层二维有序阵列。经对氨基苯甲酸修饰后,进而又构筑了银纳米粒子的双层二维有序阵列。采用透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)进行了表征。二维有序阵列的表面增强拉曼光谱研究表明:对氨基苯甲酸在银粒子上垂直吸附,电磁场增强对表面增强拉曼效应起主导作用。Silver nanoparticles with the diameter of 100 nm were prepared by hydrogen reduction to silver oxide in aqueous solution and assembled into monolayer two -dimensional arrays on glass slide modified by PVP. After modified by p - aminobenzoic acid, the monolayer arrays were further assembled into doub- le - layer two - dimensional arrays in as - prepared silver colloid. They were characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM) , scan electrical microscope(SEM) and UV- Vis spectroscopy. The study of surface - enhanced Raman spectra(SERS) of two - dimensional arrays showed that p - aminobenzoic acid molecular was adsorbed adopting a perpendicular orientation to Ag nanoparticle surface, and electromag- netic enhancement played a major role to surface -enhanced effect.
