摘  要:热管/蒸汽压缩复合空调机组应用于全年需冷空间时具有很好的节能效果,用于热管和制冷模式切换阀件对其可靠、节能运行起着至关重要的作用。提出适用于热管/蒸汽压缩复合空调机组模式切换的活塞型自力式三通阀的结构;根据其工作原理建立数学模型,对阀门切换时的动力学特性进行仿真研究,并建立活塞型自力式三通阀性能测试试验台对仿真结果进行验证;仿真和试验结果吻合较好,表明所建模型能够较好地分析其模式切换时的动力学特性。Combined air-conditioner by heat pipe and compression applied in spaces requiring annual cooling has good energy saving potential.Three-port piston valve used for working mode switch of combined air-conditioner play an important role in running safely and reliably.A three-port piston valve applied for mode switch of combined air-conditioner by heat pipe and compression is introduced.Operating principle of three-port piston valve is elaborated.To simulate the dynamic characteristic of three-port piston valve,dynamic characteristic mathematics model of three-port piston valve is developed.The dynamic characteristic of switching mode is simulated,from comparison of simulation and test results:the simulation results and experimental results can be well identical,and the simulation model can be ensured to analyze the dynamic characteristic.
