经腹腔镜和开腹胆囊切除术产生胰岛素抵抗的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下胆囊切除术和开腹胆囊切除术产生应激性胰岛素抵抗的程度。方法对比22例LC和20例OC患者胆囊切除手术前后临床资料进行分析总结,客观评价两组患者术后应激性胰岛素抵抗情况。结果 LC和OC患者术后应激性胰岛素抵抗及住院情况、临床症状各方面有显著差异。结论 LC对胰岛素敏感性影响较小,OC手术引起的胰岛素抵抗更明显,LC更利于患者恢复。Objective To study the degree of postoperative insulin resistance in patients subject to open cholecystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 22 cases of LC and 20 cases of OC patients before and after operation were respectively analyzed. Insulin resistance of two groups of patients was objectively evaluated. Results There is a significant difference in insulin resistance of hospital and clinical symptoms between the group of LC and OC patients. Conclusion Insulin sensitivity was less affected after LC than OC. The degree of insulin resistance was more obvious after OC.
