尿激酶联合雷公藤多甙治疗肾性血尿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨尿激酶联合雷公藤多甙治疗肾性血尿的临床效果。方法将2009～2011年确诊为肾小球肾炎的50例患者随机分为2组;分别检测肌酐、尿素氮、24h蛋白尿和尿红细胞数等;并予以尿激酶雷公藤联合治疗,观察1～2年。结果尿激酶雷公藤联合治疗效果显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿激酶联合雷公藤多甙片治疗肾性血尿疗效确切,副作用小,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of urokinase combined with glucosida tripterygii in the treatment of renal hematuria. Methods 50 patients of glomerulonephritis were divided into two groups and treated by glucosida tripterygii for one or two years.To observed the levels of creatinine,urea,2d-hour proteinuria and urinary red cell were detected from these patients. Results The patients treated with urokinase combined with glucosida tripterygii have lower levels of creatinine,urea,24-hour proteinuria and urinary red cell than those treated without urokinase combined with glucosida tripterygii.The difference between the two groups was significant statistically（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment with urokinase combined with glucosida tripterygii for renal hematuria is efficacy with few side effects,it is worth promoting for clinical application.
