摘　　要：目的探讨60岁以上老年住院患者心理问题的护理策略。方法对200例老年住院患者进行SCL-90等心理测试,筛查出患者的心理问题,运用专业心理护理理论和技术,探讨心理护理对策。结果 200例老年住院患者SCL-90各因子及总分均高于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);CES-D与SCL-90抑郁因子分正相关;NA与NE之和与CES-D正相关;社会支持与SCL-90总分(痛苦水平)负相关。结论用系统评估患者心理问题的方法,采用预防干预措施处理因疾病而引发的心理问题,将有效促进心理康复,实现身心整体护理。Objective To study the psychological problems and nursing countermeasures of hospitalized elderly patients over 60 years. Methods 200 cases of hospitalized elderly patients accepted symptom checklist 90 and other psychological tests,screened out patients psychological problems,used the professional psychological nursing theory and technology to explore the psychological nursing countermeasures. Results The SCL-90 factor and total scores of 200 elderly cases of hospitalized patients were higher than the national norm,the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.001）; there were positive correlation between CES-D and SCL-90 depression factor points;positive correlation between the sum of NA and NE,and CES-D; negative correlation between social support and SCL-90 total score （pain level）. Conclusion Evaluate the psychological problems of patients with system assessment method,adopt preventive interventions treatment for diseases caused by psychological problems,will effectively promote the implementation of psychological rehabilitation,achieve the purpose of physical and psychological nursing.
