摘　　要：目的探讨足月妊娠羊水过少对围产儿的影响。方法对笔者所在医院2008年1月～2011年12月收治的80例羊水过少产妇(观察组)的临床资料进行分析,并随机选取同期分娩的80例羊水正常的产妇作为对照组。结果羊水过少组胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、胎儿生长受限及剖宫产率明显高于对照组。结论羊水过少严重威胁胎儿及新生儿的生命,因此一旦确诊羊水过少,应严密监测,尽早终止妊娠,以计划性剖宫产为宜,以改善围产儿的预后。Objective To investigate the influence of full-term pregnancy oligohydramnios on perinates. Methods Clinical data of 80 patients with oligohydramnios （the observation group） admitted to the author＇s hospital from January 2008 to December 2011 were analyzed. 80 patients with normal amniotic fluid laboring in the corresponding period were selected as the control group. Results The observation group was higher than the control group in the fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia, fetal growth restriction and cesarean section rates. Conclusion Oligohydramnios severely threatens the life of the fetus and the neonates, so once the oligohydramnios is diagnosed, close monitoring should be implemented, pregnancy should be terminated as early as possible and planned caesarean section should be chosen as the appropriate delivery method in order to improve the prognosis of perinates.
