摘　　要：目的观察盐酸可卡因对小鼠体外培养脾细胞功能的影响。方法采用小鼠脾细胞体外培养的方法,在细胞培养液中加入终质量浓度分别为102、0和100μg/mL的盐酸可卡因,连续培养。检测脾细胞的ConA增殖反应I、L-2、IFN-γ的活性。结果实验组ConA诱导的小鼠脾细胞增殖反应明显降低I,L-2和IFN-γ的活性显著下降,与对照组相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论可卡因对体外培养脾细胞功能有显著的抑制作用。Objective To examine the effects of Cocaine on splenocyte function in vitro.Methods The mouse splenocytes were cultured.Cocaine hydrochloride were added into the cell culture at the final concentration of 10,20 and 100 μg/mL,and then continuously cultured.The cell proliferative responses,activities of IL-2 and IFN-γ in supernatants were assayed.Results Compared with those of the control,ConA-induced splenocyte proliferative reactions and the supernatant IL-2,IFN-γ activities were all reduced significantly（P0.05;P0.01）.Conclusion Cocaine hydrochloride may inhibit the mouse splenocyte function in vitro.
