血管内皮生长因子在不同病变鼻咽粘膜上皮的表达

摘　　要：为了研究鼻咽癌和鼻咽炎性病变组织被覆鳞状上皮中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达特征 ,采用免疫组化 S- P法 ,检测鼻咽癌和鼻咽炎性病变组织的被覆鳞状上皮 VEGF的表达。结果显示 ,鼻咽癌被覆鳞状上皮中VEGF的阳性表达率为 80 .0 % ,鼻咽炎性病变组织被覆鳞状上皮 VEGF阳性表达率仅为 2 1.8%。两者间存在显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结果表明 ,鼻咽癌被覆鳞状上皮中To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in squamocellula of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and inflammation of nasopharynx tissue in 77 patients by using immunohisto chemical S P method. The results showed: in 45 cases with NPC, the positive rate of VEGF was 80% , while in 22 cases with inflammatcon of nasopharynx tissue it was 21.8%. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).What has relation to VEGF positive expression of the two growps? It needs to be further studied.
