病例四型分布在校正手术室术前平均住院日中的应用

摘　　要：手术患者术前住院日是衡量医院外科系统临床科室工作效率的重要指标,能全面反映医院的经营管理水平。探索术前平均住院日单项指标对手术科室床位利用率评价的可行性研究,用病例分型管理软件进行病例分型,用CD型率和病例四型分布对手术科室术前平均住院日进行校正,能真实合理地反映出手术科室的床位利用情况。Preoperative average length of stay is an important index which weighs the work efficiency of hospital surgical department, also comprehensively reflects the managerial and administrative expertise of hospital. The article discussed the feasibility of evaluating bed utilization rate by single preoperative average stay length index in surgical departments. Management software was used in case type classification. Use four type case distribution and CD case rate separately revised the preoperative average stay length. The revised index is able to reflect the bed utilization of surgical departments.
