摘  要:目的:优选软肝灵胶囊制粒的最佳工艺。方法:以颗粒的流动性和吸湿性为考察指标,对制粒过程的主要因素进行考察。结果:最佳工艺参数为雾化压力0.3 MPa、进风温度80℃、干燥时间40 min、淀粉量为0.3倍。结论:该方法制出的颗粒流动性好,不易吸湿,易于溶出,性质稳定。OBJECTIVE: To optimize the granulating technique of Ruanganling capsules. METHODS: The major factors of the granulating technique of Ruanganling capsules were optimized by orthogonal experiment with fluidity and hygroscopicity as indexes. RESULTS: The optimal technical parameters of Ruanganling capsules were as follows: atomization pressure of 0.3 Mpa, inlet air temperature of 80 ℃, drying time of 40 min and 0. 3-fold of amylum. CONCLUSION: The Ruanganling capsules made by this method were characterized by good fluidity, low moisture absorption, high dissolution and stability.
