17077张门急诊处方点评及合理用药分析

摘　　要：目的:了解北京大学口腔医院门诊处方用药情况,为对不合理用药进行干预提供参考。方法:对我院2011年6月全部门急诊处方、处方数量前5位科室、医师的处方分别进行处方评价,并分析处方数量前5位药品的使用情况。结果:处方平均用药品种数为1.50种,抗菌药物使用率为12.90%,注射剂使用率为2.08%,基本药物使用率为20.44%,药品通用名使用率为100%,平均每张处方金额为43.02元;处方数量前5位科室分别为口腔颌面外科、中医黏膜科、急诊科、儿童口腔科和综合科;处方数量排序前4位的医师均为中医黏膜科医师,居第5位的为综合科医师;处方数量排序前5位药品为局部麻醉药2种、中成药2种、含漱剂1种。结论:我院各项处方指标基本正常,临床用药基本合理,但基本药物的使用有待提高。OBJECTIVE:To probe into drug use in the Hospital of Stomatology of Peking University so as to provide reference for performing intervention on irrational drug use.METHODS: The outpatient prescriptions in in June,2011 and the prescriptions from top five departments and prescribed by top 5 dentists ranked by number of prescriptions were subjected to evaluation;meanwhile,the use of the top 5 drugs ranked by number of prescriptions was analyzed.RESULTS: The average number of drugs prescribed per prescription was 1.50.The percentages of antibacterial,injections and essential drugs prescribed were 12.90%,2.08% and 20.44%,respectively.The percentage of drugs prescribed by generic name was 100%.The average drug cost per prescription was 43.02 Yuan.The top 5 departments ranked by number of prescriptions were department of oral and maxillofacial surgery,department of oral medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,department of oral emergency,department of pediatric dentistry and department of general dentistry.Dentists whose prescriptions ranked at the first four places in number of prescriptions were from department of oral medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.Dentist whose prescriptions ranked at the 5th in number of prescriptions was from department of general dentistry.Drugs which ranked at the first five places in number of prescriptions consisted of two local anesthetics,two traditional Chinese medicines and one mouthwash solution.CONCLUSION: Prescribing indicators in our hospital were basically normal,and the use of drugs for outpatients was basically rational.However,the use of essential drugs remains to be enhanced.
