MPCNL与URL治疗嵌顿性输尿管上段结石的疗效对照

摘　　要：目的：临床分析MPCNL术与URL术应用于嵌钝性输尿管上段结石治疗中的疗效对照。方法：选取我院2009年3月至2010年3月收治的嵌钝性输尿管上段患者130例，按照随机分配的方法，将其分为研究组与对照组，每组65例。研究组给予MPCNL术治疗，对照组给予URL术治疗，对比两组的手术成功、手术时间、住院时间、结石清除率、并发症情况。结果：经过治疗后，研究组术成功、手术时间、住院时间、结石清除率均明显优于对照组，两组对比存在显著性差异，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者的并发症情况对比，无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：针对嵌钝性输尿管上段结石患者，实施MPCNL术，其治疗效果优于URL术，可有效提高治愈率，值得临床推广应用。Objective： Clinical analysis of MPCNL operation and URL operation applied to the block of blunt proximal ureteral stones treatment effect control. The study group were given MPCNL treatment, the control group was given URL operation, compared to two groups of the successful operation, operation time, hospital stay, the stone-free rate, complications, Result.After treatment, the study group was successful, operation time, hospital stay, the stone-free rate was significantly better than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups, with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. In two groups of patients with complications in contrast, no significant difference （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion.According to the block of blunt ureteral calculi patients, the implementation of MPCNL operation, its therapeutic effect is better than that of URL operation, can effectively improve the cure rate, it is worthy of clinical application.
