双侧去骨瓣减压治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效及预后

摘　　要：目的：对应用双侧去骨瓣减压术对患有重型颅脑损伤的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法：抽取70例患有重型颅脑损伤的患者病例，将其分为对照组和治疗组，平均每组35例。对照组患者采用标准大骨瓣减压术进行治疗；治疗组患者采用双侧去骨瓣减压术进行治疗。结果：治疗组患者颅脑损伤症状改善效果明显优于对照组；治疗期间不良反应人数明显少于对照组：治疗前后GCS评分改善幅度明显大于对照组。结论：应用双侧去骨瓣减压术对患有重型颅脑损伤的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。Objective：On the application of bilateral decompressive craniectomy for severe traumatic brain injury patients with clinical therapeutic effect analysis. Method= From 70 cases of patients with severe traumatic brain injury patients case, will be divided into control group and treatment group, 35 cases in each group the average.The control group were treated by standard large bone flap decompression therapy; treatment group were treated by bilateral decompressive craniectomy for the treatment.Result：Group therapy for patients with traumatic brain injury symptom improvement effect was better than the control group; the number of adverse reactions during treatment was lower than that in the control group; before and after treatment GCS score improved significantly greater than the control group.Conclusion：The application of bilateral decompressive craniectomy for severe traumatic brain injury patients with the clinical curative effect is obvious.
