长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨应用长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的护理方法。方法：选择我院2009年4月至2012年4月收治的78例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象，采取长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗方案进行治疗，并采取相应的护理干预措施。结果：通过综合护理干预措施，患者的依从性比较好，均顺利的完成化疗。结论：综合有效的护理干预可显著的减轻长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的不良反应，是帮助患者顺利的完成治疗的关键。Objective： To explore the application of Changchun vinorelbine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of non small cell lung cancer nursing method. Methods： from April to 2012 in our hospital in 2009 April treated 78 cases of non small cell lung cancer patients as the research object, take Changchun vinorelbine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of treatment, and to take corresponding nursing intervention measures. Results： through the comprehensive nursing interventions, patient compliance is good, all the successful completion of chemotherapy. Conclusion： the comprehensive and effective nursing intervention can significantly reduce the Changchun vinorelbine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of non small cell lung cancer patients with adverse reactions, is to help the smooth completion of the key of treatment.
