摘　　要：利用 A spen Plus软件建立氧化反应器冷凝器系统模型 ,对 10 0 %、118%负荷进行了模拟计算 ,模拟结果与生产数据吻合良好 ,并对 130 %负荷进行了工况分析 。In this work the model of PX oxidization reactor condenser system has been established by means of Aspen Plus software. The 100% and 118% yield has been calculated, and the simulation results are coincided with the actual data. Meanwhile the 130% yield is analyzed and increment method is put forward.
