摘  要:以300 MW凝汽式机组为热经济学研究对象,使用热经济学结构理论,建立了系统的热经济学成本模型,通过计算各个组元的热经济学成本,获得了各项经济指标及热力过程的成本形成。定量分析了设计工况下设备(火用)成本的分布规律,指出了在系统节能分析中应重点考虑的单元。同时定性地分析了导致热力系统性能降低和成本增加的主要原因及比(火用)损与比不可逆成本对产品能量成本的影响。结果表明:相对于基于热力学第二定律的经济性分析,采用热经济学结构理论能更准确地判断设备的节能潜力,为电厂的经济性运行和优化改造提供了1套有效的新方法。Based on the structural theory of thermo economics, the thermo economic cost model of system was established and this theory was applied to a 300 MW condensing power plant in this paper. All the economic indicators and cost formation of the thermodynamic process were obtained by calculating the thermo economic cost of each component. The distribution of exergetic cost in design conditions was analyzed quantitatively, and the most important component which should be considered in conversation analysis was pointed out. At the same time, not only the main reason for performance decreasing of thermal power system and cost increasing, but also the effect of exergy loss and irreversible-cost on the cost of product energy was analyzed qualitatively. The results reflect that comparing with the economic analysis based on the Second Thermal Law, energy-saving potency of equipment is evaluated more accurately by the structural theory of thermo economics and it is a new method which can be used in the costeffective operation and optimization in thermal power plants.
