电导法测定镧离子及其配合物对植物花粉细胞质膜透性的影响

摘  要:以植物花粉细胞为试验体系,利用电导法研究了镧离子(La^(3+))及其配合物对花粉质膜透性的影响。试验结果表明,镧离子在10^(-7)mol/L~10^(-4)mol/L范围内,可显著减小细胞的质膜透性;稀土稳定配合物La^(3+)—EDTA对细胞质膜透性基本无影响,而La^(3+)-柠檬酸、La^(3+)-酒石酸的配合物对质膜透性的影响与其配比有关,当其配比不大于1∶3时,则明显降低质膜透性,若达到1∶10时,则无任何作用。这一结果为农用稀土配合物应用提供了基础数据。Effects of lanthanum (Ⅲ) and its complexes on permeability of pollen plas-malemma were studied. Lanthanum(Ⅲ)(La(NO3)3) in the range of 10-7 -10-4mol/L obviously inhibited the permeability of pollen plasmalemma, while lanthanum (Ⅲ)- EDTA complexes had no effect on the permeability. The effects of lanthanum (Ⅲ)-citrate and lanthanum (Ⅲ)- tartrate complexes on permeability of pollen plasmalemma are related to the ratio of ligand to lanthanum(Ⅲ). When the ratio is less than 3:1,the complexes can reduce the permeability of pollen plasmalemma,while the ratio is to 10:1,the complexes have no any effect. The above results indicate that lanthanum(Ⅲ) and its some complex species are beneficial to the reduction of pollen plasmalemma when its concentration is in 10-5-10-6mol/L.
