摘  要:以导电高分子聚苯胺为导电剂、PA11为基体、浓硫酸为溶剂、水为凝固浴,采用湿法纺丝工艺纺制聚苯胺/PA11共混导电纤维.纤维经拉伸后,强度达到2cN/dtex以上,采用扫描电镜分析了纤维中导电组分和基体两相的形态分布.The conducting fibers were spun from the concentrated sulfuric acid solution in which the conducting component polyaniline and the matrix PA11 were dissolved. The strength of the drawn fibers was more than 2cN/dtex. Scanning electron microscopy was employed to study the morphology of the blending system. It was shown that the morphology was of fibril state, which was valuable for improving the conductive property of the fibers.
