摘　　要：目的:建立门诊一卡通,解决长久以来门诊就医"三长一短"的问题以及"军卫一号"系统存在的门诊患者非处方收费无法查对等漏洞。方法:依托自行开发的医院智能一卡通管理系统,针对"军卫一号"系统在医院的实际应用情况,设计开发"三卡勾联"一卡通管理系统。结果:系统应用后,彻底改变了传统的就医方式,患者的就医流程得到了很好的优化。结论:系统完善了"军卫一号"工程在门诊管理方面的不足,提升了军队医院信息化的建设。Objective To develop outpatient universal card to solve the problems of the outpatient department and those of No.1 Military Medical Project, such as uneheckable non-prescriptlon charging. Metbods The self-developed intelligent card system integrating three cards was developed according to the application of No. 1 Military Medical Project. Results The system changed the traditional mode and optimized the flow for hospitalization. Conclusion The intelligent outpatient card system can solve the problems of No.1 Military Medical Project in outpatient and thus promote military hospital informatization.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2012,33 （9） ：55-56,97]
