摘　　要：目的:针对医学工程部维修工作现场管理中存在的问题,分析研究其改善方法。方法:基于医疗设备维修工作的特点,将"5S"理念引入维修工作现场管理。结果:通过"5S"各项活动的贯彻落实,工作现场环境和员工精神面貌大为改观。结论:"5S"是医疗设备维修工作现场管理行之有效的方法。Objective To solve the problems in the working field of medical engineering department. Methods With considerations of the features of medical equipment maintenance, ＂5S＂ idea was introduced into the field management of maintenance, Results The working environment and the attitude of the staff were all promoted greatly.
