摘　　要：介绍了医院物流的概念与重要性,指出了某院耗材物流管理存在耗材供应不够畅通、信息资源不能共享、耗材物流中心没有建立等现状,提出了构建完善耗材物流体系、充分利用网络资源、建立耗材物流中心等措施,为提高医院的经济效益和社会效益提供了参考。The concept and importance of the consumable logistics are introduced. Then based on the problems of the consumable logistics such as the influent consumable supply, non-shared information source and unavailability of logistics center, some suggestions are put forward accordingly, including establishment of the consumable logistics system, involvement of network source and construction of the consumable logistics center.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2012,33（9） ： 123-124]
