摘  要:针对汽车高强钢板结构件的特点和回弹变形规律,提出了一种基于UV(等参)线的几何旋转变形回弹补偿算法.该算法利用UV线对曲面进行离散,通过截面线的旋转变形原理获得离散点的变形量,并以曲面原有UV方向对变形后的离散点进行曲面重构.该算法考虑了冲压方向的回弹补偿修正量,以满足冲压工艺性.介绍了几何旋转变形算法的实现流程,并利用CAA(组件应用架构)技术将算法与CATIA(计算机辅助三维交互应用)平台无缝集成,以获得较高质量的模具几何补偿型面,可以直接用于数控加工.最后以一个典型的高强钢板汽车结构件的几何旋转变形回弹补偿来验证该算法的有效性和可行性.Considering the springback characteristics of high-strength steel automotive structural parts,a geometrical rotation morphing sprinback compensation algorithm based on UV(isoparametric) curves was developed.In this algorithm,the surfaces were discrete by UV curves and the morphing amount of the discrete nodes was obtained by section curves method.The compensation die-face was reconstructed by using the original UV curves with these discrete points.The undercut of pressing direction was corrected by this algorithm.The realization flow of the rotation morphing algorithm as introduced.This algorithm was seamlessly integrated with CATIA(computer aided tri-dimensional interface application) platform by using the CAA(component application architecture) technology.The high quality geometry compensation die-face obtained from this algorithm can be applied directly in actual machining.The feasibility of the algorithm was verified with the geometric rotation morphing springback compensation of a typical high-strength steel automotive structural part.
