摘　　要：目的:了解我国浸润型肺结核患者的住院费用,分析住院费用的变化趋势,为有效减轻结核病患者的经济负担提供科学参考。方法:以我国2007～2009年中国卫生统计年鉴数据为依据,对2006～2008年浸润型肺结核患者的住院费用进行描述性分析,并通过年平均发展速度和年平均增长速度分析我国年别及级别医院住院费用的动态变化。结果:2006～2008年我国浸润型肺结核患者的住院费呈逐年上升趋势,年平均增长速度为8.3%;住院费用中药费比重均最大,呈逐年上升趋势,3年药费年平均增长速度为14.4%。结论:相对于居民收入水平,浸润型肺结核患者的经济负担较重。Objective：To understand the hospital cost caused by epituberculosis and to analyze the trend of hospital cost so as to provide the basis for alleviating the economic burden caused by epituberculosis.Methods：Based on the data of China＇s Health Statistics Yearbook from 2007 to 2009,the hospital cost of epituberculosis was obtained by description analysis.The average annual growth rate was used to analyze the trends of hospital cost.Results：From 2006 to 2008,the average annual growth rate of the hospital cost of epituberculosis was 8.3 percent.In the 3 years,the top part of hospital cost was all drug cost with an average annual growth rate of 14.4 percent.Conclusion： Patients with epituberculosis had their heavy economic burden in regard with their real low income level.
