摘　　要：硅双结型色敏器件的短路电流比与入射光波长存在线性关系．双结型色敏器件与合理设计的信号处理电路组成的颜色传感器对单色光波长以及颜色差别有良好的分辨能力.The ratio of shorl-circuit currcnt of Si color sensor with double p-n junction varies linearly with the incident light wavelcngth. The color transduccr which consists of color sensor with double p-n junction and suitable design to process signal circuit can measure thc wavelength of a monochromatic light and discriminate the difference of color bettcr.
