摘　　要：国家农业创新系统是由与知识创新和农业技术创新相关的机构和组织构成的、基于市场作用及国家作用和引导的,以加速农业科技进步为目标,以自主创新文化、自主创新战略、自主创新制度,以涉农院所、政府、高校、企业、农户、农业推广机构为多元化互动主体,产学研官民相结合、高效精干、相互补充和促进、资源优化配置、具有规模效应、共同构成适应全国不同区域生态资源优势的一体化网络。Technology innovation of agrieuhural system,making the kowledge innovation and the technology innovation that were originated by institutions involving agrieuhure, universities,agrieultural enterprises ,farmers , and so on, self-innovation ＇ culture,self -innovation ＇ system,and self-innovation ＇strategy,conbine with the agrieultural production , agrieuhural education and agrieultural research complement each other in high effcient,optimizing resources of science,large-scale production,suiting integratedly different areas＇ecology in China.
