建筑监管的灰色随机分布评价及其应用研究

摘　　要：用监管梯度确定行为档次的区间灰数,由区间灰数集结行为记录的评价模型,对记录样本搜索正态分布的可靠途径,使分类标准从样本到总体的合意约束,就个体业绩做达标甄别后的归属调整。应用实证显示:评价具备明晰机理、清楚脉络、客观判据、可溯规程,保持个体、样本和总体的有机统一和逻辑自洽的功能特点;有利于实现记录生成与数字处理的规范化、操作流程的标准化、条块协调的模式化及监管试验的可视化。经受长期实践检验,能为建筑监管提供有效、合理、通用的信息格式、系统方法和框架方案。Establishes a new appraisal method ： regulation gradient to determine interval gray number of behavior record grades, appraisal mode to aggregate behavior record by its interval gray number, searches the reliable normal distribu- tion route from record samples, completes the constraints to improve classification references, and attributes adjustment based on individual achievement. We find that appraisal is logical, objective and well-grounded, and it is helpful to re- alize normalization of record generation and numerical disposition, standardization of operation process, formularization of trade-region coordination and visualization of regulation trials in construction regulation. Based on long-term practice, this method can stably offer effectual, reasonable and common information form, system method and frame scheme.
