摘　　要：通过对社会资本、公共项目管理绩效相关文献的回顾,凝练出知识共享、心理契约等管理绩效的内在影响因素,以此作为中介变量构建出"社会资本→中介变量→公共项目管理绩效"的作用机理,并加以解析,为进一步探讨二者的影响路径奠定基础。The research on effeeting mechanism of social capital on public project managentent performance is the key to solve inadequacy of formal system in public project and improve the management performance. Reviews literatures on social capital and pablie project management performance, generalizes some internal factors, such as knowledge sharing and psychological contract, which are used to eonstn, et the mechanism of ＂social capital→mediating variables→ public project management performance＂ , then lays the foundation to further explore the effect path of social capital and public project management performance.
