摘　　要：根据田野调查资料,笔者将西北农村回族妇女的主要生活空间划分为家庭层面、宗教层面和社区层面三个维度。每一空间里妇女的生活状况对妇女健康均有着重大影响。Based on field survey data, the writer divides the living space of the northwestern rural areas into three dimensions： family, religion and community. Women＇ dimension produces immense influence on their health. This paper will analyze and discuss the the perspectives of feminist anthropology and medical anthropology.
