摘  要:以沈阳华府新天地C4塔楼超限高层建筑为例,从理论分析和抗震设计上对其进行了详细的分析和探讨。重点介绍了该工程的体系特点、基于抗震性能目标的抗震性能化设计的具体原则和方法、整体小震弹性计算、弹性时程分析补充验算,针对不同构件分别进行中震不屈服、中震弹性、大震不屈服验算,针对薄弱部位采取相应加强措施。最后针对同类型的超限高层建筑的抗震设计给出了几点建议。The seismic theory and design of Shenyang Huafu Xintiandi C4 Tower,which is a high-rise building beyond code-specification,were analyzed and discussed.The system features of the project,the principal and method of performance-based seismic design,analysis on integral elastic seismic feature under frequent earthquake,supplemental analysis on elastic time-history were introduced.The non-yielding design under moderate earthquake,elastic design under moderate earthquake and non-yielding design under rare earthquake about the different elements,enhanced measurement taken to the weak point were presented particularly.And several suggestions were provided to the seismic design of the similar irregular high-rise buildings.
