摘　　要：转融通开闸，让人在中国也嗅到了猎杀者的味道。“做空”与“防空”的力量都在集结 9月25日，里昂证券将14．7元／股的比亚迪（1211．HK）的目标价调低No．41元／股。次日，如空方所愿比亚迪开盘急泄，受此拖累该股的A股出现大跌。“做空？猎食者进入亚洲，空袭中国!”进入8月以来，类似的说法充斥着中国内地A股市场。On September 25,brokerage CLSA lowered its target price for BYD(1211.HK) to 0.41 Hong Kong dollars.The next day,just as the short-sellers had hoped,as soon as BYD opened the A share stock began to experience a rapid fall.Since the beginning of August,allegations of short-selling have run rampant throughout the domestic A-share stock market. There are two reasons Chinese investors have blanched at the mere mention of 'short-sellers' since the end of summer:First,for the past two years,'Chinese concept stocks' have come under endless attack by American short-sellers;second,news that China's pilot refinancing program would soon be expanding began to circulate throughout China at the beginning of August. Although short-sellers are still not able to have their way within China,they are already gathering their forces and making preparations;at the same time,forces to defend themselves against these 'attacks' are also gathering.
